DeBary is part of our everyday service area. North up I-4 from our Orlando shop. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
DeBary sits on the St. Johns River across from Sanford, so a lot of the work here is water-related: dock and boat-lift power, pool equipment and GFCI protection that actually works. Older homes near the river get panel and wiring checks; newer subdivisions mostly need room for EV chargers and generators. Permits go through the City of DeBary Building Department, and we file them.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In DeBary that means Duke Energy or FPL depending on the street for service coordination and City of DeBary Building Department (DeBary City Hall, Citizenserve portal) for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
The nearest available truck takes DeBary calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
