Field Operations Director (FOD)

You run the field side of the business from the office. You follow up with customers after their estimates, schedule the bigger permitted jobs, and make sure every crew shows up with its permit and material ready.

• ■Call customers after their estimate to answer questions and help them decide.
• ■Build the schedule for full-day jobs, working with the warehouse and permitting.
• ■Back up our techs and estimators all day with answers on pricing, code and jobs.
