Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms cover this website, estimate requests, our text message program and VIP membership.

Using this site

By using inphazeelectric.com you agree to these terms. The site gives general information about our services. It is not a quote, an offer of service, or electrical advice for your specific property. Prices and availability shown on the site can change.

Estimates and service

Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Work is performed under the written or electronic agreement, estimate or invoice we give you. Electrical work is done by licensed electricians (Florida license ER13014254) and is subject to local permit and inspection requirements.

Our workmanship comes with a one-year warranty on work we perform, as described in your invoice.

Text message program

Program: In Phaze Electric sends text messages about your request, scheduling, service updates and, if you joined VIP, your membership. Opt-in: you join by checking the optional text box on one of our forms, or by agreeing when you speak with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or call (407) 599-7777. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

VIP membership

VIP is a yearly membership. Current benefits are listed on the VIP page and include a free full home inspection or one hour of service each year, waived service fees, 10% off repairs for as long as you are a member, giveaway entries, and referral rewards. Giveaways and referral rewards follow the VIP Rules. We may change benefits for future membership years with notice.

Photos and content you send

When you send photos or messages, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to evaluate and perform your job. We will not publish them without asking you.

Warranty and liability

The site and its information are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, In Phaze Electric is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida law or your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
