What we collect

We collect what you give us and a small amount of technical information about your visit.

• Information you submit: your name, phone number, email, address, a description of the job, and any photos you upload through our estimate, contact, VIP and careers forms, or when you call or book with us.
• Text message consent: if you check the optional text box on a form, we keep a record of your choice, the exact wording shown, and the date and time.
• Visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, how you found us (such as a search or ad click), and similar analytics collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule and perform work, send estimates, and follow up.
• To text you about your request or service, only if you opted in (see below).
• To run the VIP membership and its giveaways.
• To measure how the site and our advertising perform, and to improve them.
• To meet legal, tax, licensing and warranty obligations.

Text messages

Texting is optional and never required to get an estimate or any service. If you opt in, we send messages about your request, such as scheduling and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us send and manage messages and run our business, and only for those purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help us operate: scheduling and invoicing software (Housecall Pro), website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as PostHog, RudderStack, Google), and messaging providers. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and which ads lead to a call or form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records as long as needed for service, warranty, tax and legal reasons. Marketing and analytics data is kept for a limited period. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Children

Our site is for adults hiring an electrician. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
