Casselberry is part of our everyday service area. About 25 minutes northeast on 436. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Casselberry is mostly 1960s to 1980s homes around Lake Triplet, Lake Howell and Lake Kathryn. The work is panel replacements, aluminum and ungrounded wiring, ceiling fans and lighting, and surge protection. Lakefront homes add dock power and bonding. We tell you what needs fixing now and what can wait.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Casselberry that means Duke Energy for service coordination and City of Casselberry Building Division inside city limits, or Seminole County Building Division outside them for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
The nearest available truck takes Casselberry calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
