Permanent Christmas lights and year-round roofline LED lighting that runs 16 million colors and 75+ scenes from your phone. We order the Govee system, mount it clean, wire the power properly and set up the app before we leave, so Christmas light installation is a one-time job.
Parts and installation, one price. Cost follows roofline length, how many stories, and which Govee line you pick. Govee sells one controller per 200 feet, so bigger homes need a second system.
If two or more of these describe your house, it is worth a free estimate. If none of them do, you probably do not need us yet — and we would rather tell you that now.
Govee makes three permanent outdoor lines. Retail list prices run roughly $350 to $860 per kit depending on line and length; we order whichever you choose.
The closest to a continuous line of light. Lowest cost per foot, adhesive and clip mounting.
Even spacing of about 19 in, Matter support for Apple Home, Alexa and Google, and a 50,000-hour rated life. Retail list about $440 per 100 ft.
36 larger fixtures per 100 ft, each with three independent segments, mounted with screws for a more permanent hold. Retail list about $539 per 100 ft.
Roofline, gables, entries and patios in white, color and holiday scenes. All of it runs from your phone.

We are not a lighting reseller. We install what you choose and stand behind the electrical work.

The biggest driver. Every extra 50 feet adds parts and ladder time.
Two-story and steep rooflines need lift work and a longer day.
Pro is the value pick. Prism costs more in parts and mounting.
Stucco, wood, Hardie and aluminum each take a different mounting method.
One controller covers 200 ft. Bigger homes need more, and the power supply needs a protected place to live.
Nobody else in this market publishes ranges, which is exactly why we do. You will get an exact number at the estimate — this is so you know whether to bother calling.
We price match any written quote from another licensed, insured contractor. Military, first responders and teachers get a discount — just say so on the phone, no coupon to find.
Most Orlando homes start with the roofline and add from there.

Where an outdoor GFCI outlet or garage power already is.
Govee runs on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, so check the signal reaches the controller.
Most people's worry is not the price, it is not knowing what is about to happen in their house. So here it is.
"Victor, my tech, was professional, efficient, pleasant and informative. … He went out of his way to do the job correctly."
"Keylin did his best to limit any interruptions to power - honestly was surprised at how little he needed to turn off the power."
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
Using an existing GFCI outdoor outlet is generally not permitted work. Adding a new circuit or outlet for the power supply is, and we pull that permit.
It surfaces at resale, in an insurance claim, and in an inspection you did not schedule.
If a bid is dramatically under ours, ask whether the permit is included. Usually that is the difference.
Filed, scheduled, and met. Customers thank our office by name in reviews for exactly this.
Yes. We install permanent Christmas and Govee roofline lights across Orlando and roughly 30 miles around it, including Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Longwood, Apopka, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. If you are on the edge of that area, call and we will tell you straight away.
Most Orlando homes land between about $1,500 and $6,200 for the lights, parts and installation together, depending on roofline length and how many stories. That is a one-time cost instead of a seasonal installation and takedown bill every year. The pricing table on this page breaks it down by house size.
Yes. We order and install the current Govee permanent outdoor lines, including Permanent Outdoor Lights 2, Pro and Prism. Govee updates its lineup, so we confirm the current models and exact pricing at your estimate and recommend the one that fits your roofline length and the look you want.
It replaces one. Instead of hanging and taking down Christmas lights every year, we install permanent Govee roofline lights once. In December you pick a red and green or white scene on your phone, and the rest of the year you run warm white, game-day colors or party scenes. We are an electrician, so the power is done right as well.
If you pay for seasonal installation, takedown and storage each year, a permanent system stops that bill. How long it takes to pay back depends on what you pay now and your roofline length, so bring last season's invoice to the estimate and we will compare it with our price on your house.
All three are permanent roofline systems. Trimlight and Jellyfish are sold through authorized installers; we install Govee, which we order for you at retail list prices of roughly $350 to $860 per kit. We cannot quote what another installer charges, so get a written quote from each and compare the same roofline length.
Yes. Govee permanent outdoor lights are our specialty, and we also install LED light strips under eaves and soffits, along fascia and trim, and on patios, pergolas and covered porches, with outdoor-rated wiring and a weatherproof power supply. Tell us what you want lit and we price it at your free estimate.
No. We order the Govee kit for your house, confirm the lengths against your measured roofline, and install it. One invoice covers parts and labor.
Pro is the dense, even line most homes want, and it costs less per foot. Prism has fewer, larger fixtures, three color segments each and screw-down mounting, and it costs more. We bring both to the estimate so you can see them lit.
Plenty of people do. What gets missed is the part that is not on the box: the power supply is not rated for outdoor use, so it needs a weatherproof home on a GFCI-protected circuit, and a 30-foot ladder run on a two-story house is a different job than the first floor. We handle both.
We measure the roofline instead of guessing. As a rule of thumb, a single-story 1,800 sq ft Central Florida home runs about 120 to 150 feet of roofline, and a two-story home of 3,000 sq ft runs 220 to 300.
Govee rates the light strands for outdoor use (IP67 on Pro, IP68 on Prism) and they run from about -4 F to 140 F. The control box and power supply are the weak points, which is why we place them in a protected location rather than leaving them exposed.
Yes. Current Govee permanent lights work with the Govee Home app, Alexa and Google Assistant, and Matter models also connect to Apple Home. We set up the app, your scenes and your schedule before we leave.
Pro lights mount with VHB tape and clips; Prism uses screws and anchors. On stucco, wood or painted aluminum we pick the method that holds without leaving a mess, and we tell you up front if a surface will not take adhesive.
Plugging into an existing outdoor GFCI outlet generally does not. Adding a new circuit or outlet is permitted electrical work, and we pull the permit when it applies.
Free estimate. If you do not need the work, we will tell you — that is the whole reason people come back to us.
