Celebration is part of our everyday service area. About half an hour south on the 429. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Celebration homes date from the late 1990s on, so the original panels and devices are now 25+ years old. The calls we get are panel and breaker replacements, surge protection, lighting updates in homes with strict design standards, and EV chargers added to detached garages.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Celebration that means Duke Energy for service coordination and Osceola County Building Office (Celebration is unincorporated Osceola County) for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
Our Osceola crew covers Celebration. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
