Heathrow is part of our everyday service area. About 30 minutes north on I-4. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Heathrow is larger homes built from the late 1980s on, many in gated communities. The calls are panel and breaker replacements in homes reaching 30 years old, generators and transfer switches, EV chargers, landscape lighting and surge protection for homes full of electronics.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Heathrow that means FPL or Duke Energy depending on the street. We check your meter before we quote. for service coordination and Seminole County Building Division (Heathrow is unincorporated Seminole County) for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
The nearest available truck takes Heathrow calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
