Lake Buena Vista is part of our everyday service area. About 25 minutes south on the 535 and I-4. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Around Lake Buena Vista the work is split between homes and vacation rentals in the surrounding communities and commercial properties near the resorts. Rentals need pool and spa bonding, exterior GFCI and equipment that holds up to heavy use; businesses need lighting and service work done around their hours.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Lake Buena Vista that means Duke Energy for most homes and businesses outside the Disney district for service coordination and Orange County Building Safety, or the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District inside its boundaries for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
The nearest available truck takes Lake Buena Vista calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
