Lake Nona is part of our everyday service area. Trucks run down the 417 to Lake Nona every week. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Lake Nona is almost all newer construction, so the work here is capacity, not remediation: EV chargers, pool and spa equipment, generators and lighting added to homes that were built to the minimum panel size. A load calculation first usually tells you whether you need a bigger service or just a smarter circuit.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Lake Nona that means OUC for service coordination and City of Orlando Permitting Services inside city limits, or Orange County Building Safety outside them for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
Our southeast Orlando trucks cover Lake Nona. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
