Ocoee is part of our everyday service area. About 15 minutes west of our shop on the 408 and 50. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Ocoee runs from older homes near downtown and Starke Lake to large subdivisions built in the 1990s and 2000s. In the older homes the work is panels and older wiring; in the newer ones it is capacity for EV chargers, pool equipment, generators and lighting. A load calculation first tells you whether you need a bigger service.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Ocoee that means Duke Energy for service coordination and City of Ocoee Building Division inside city limits, or Orange County Building Safety outside them for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
The nearest available truck takes Ocoee calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
