Pine Hills is part of our everyday service area. Our shop on Hudson Street is minutes away. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Pine Hills is mostly 1960s and 1970s block homes, which means the classic remediation list: aluminum branch wiring, two-prong outlets with no ground, and original panels that are due for replacement. We price the fix your insurer actually accepts, not the most expensive one.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Pine Hills that means Duke Energy across most of Pine Hills for service coordination and Orange County Building Safety Division (Pine Hills is unincorporated Orange County) for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
It is our home turf, so the nearest truck takes Pine Hills calls. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
