Thornton Park is part of our everyday service area. Fifteen minutes from our shop, straight down Colonial Drive. We know what is behind these walls because we have been in them.
Thornton Park is brick streets and 1920s bungalows next to newer townhomes and condos. In the older houses the work is cloth wiring, ungrounded circuits and undersized services; in the newer buildings it is panel access, lighting and building coordination. We patch what we open and work around historic details.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Every jurisdiction in Central Florida files differently and every utility releases a meter on its own schedule. In Thornton Park that means OUC for service coordination and City of Orlando Permitting Services, including historic district review where it applies for the permit. Our office runs both — you never call either one.
If a bid comes in dramatically below ours, ask whether the permit and inspection are in it. That is usually the entire difference, and it is the part that follows the house at resale.
Diagnosis first. If you do not need the work, we say so and leave.
Filed with the right office, scheduled, and tracked. You handle nothing.
Grant and Victor cover most of the city core, Thornton Park included. He will text before he pulls up.
We meet the inspector, then close what we opened. One-year warranty.
Call and a human picks up. If we are on a roof, leave a message — you get a callback the same day, not next week.
