A lot of Kissimmee homes are vacation rentals, and permanent lights suit them well: no seasonal hanging, and scenes and schedules you can run from your phone wherever you are.
Parts and installation, one price. Cost follows roofline length, how many stories, and which Govee line you pick. Govee sells one controller per 200 feet, so bigger homes need a second system.
If you could swap the city name out of this page and it would still be accurate, it should not exist. Here is what actually changes here.
For a short-term rental, the Govee Home app is the point. You can set a nightly schedule, switch to holiday scenes and turn the lights off between guests without anyone on site. We set up the app and schedule before we leave.
Rental homes here get hard use, and exterior GFCI outlets are one of our most common Kissimmee calls. The Govee power supply should sit on a GFCI-protected outlet in a protected spot, not on an extension cord a guest can unplug. If the outlet is worn or missing, we fix that first.
Celebration and many newer Osceola subdivisions have community design standards. Check with your HOA or review board before install. The lights sit tight under the roofline, but approval is worth having in hand first.
Older single-story homes in Kissimmee usually run about 120 to 150 feet of roofline, which fits one Govee Pro system. That is our small-home range of $1,500 to $2,600, parts and installation together.
Same ranges we publish everywhere, because the work does not cost more just because of the zip code. You get an exact number at the free estimate.
Keylin and William run most of the Osceola work. You will have a name and a text before anyone is at your door.
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
"They come in and let you know what needs to be done. There was no added extras or scare tactics."
"I was impressed with his manners (he took his shoes off at the door)… He was persistent and patient in locating the problem."
"Modesto was exceptional electrician, very polite, friendly and respectful to my house."
Yes. We install permanent Christmas and Govee roofline lights across Orlando and roughly 30 miles around it, including Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Longwood, Apopka, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. If you are on the edge of that area, call and we will tell you straight away.
Most Orlando homes land between about $1,500 and $6,200 for the lights, parts and installation together, depending on roofline length and how many stories. That is a one-time cost instead of a seasonal installation and takedown bill every year. The pricing table on this page breaks it down by house size.
Yes. We order and install the current Govee permanent outdoor lines, including Permanent Outdoor Lights 2, Pro and Prism. Govee updates its lineup, so we confirm the current models and exact pricing at your estimate and recommend the one that fits your roofline length and the look you want.
It replaces one. Instead of hanging and taking down Christmas lights every year, we install permanent Govee roofline lights once. In December you pick a red and green or white scene on your phone, and the rest of the year you run warm white, game-day colors or party scenes. We are an electrician, so the power is done right as well.
If you pay for seasonal installation, takedown and storage each year, a permanent system stops that bill. How long it takes to pay back depends on what you pay now and your roofline length, so bring last season's invoice to the estimate and we will compare it with our price on your house.
All three are permanent roofline systems. Trimlight and Jellyfish are sold through authorized installers; we install Govee, which we order for you at retail list prices of roughly $350 to $860 per kit. We cannot quote what another installer charges, so get a written quote from each and compare the same roofline length.
Free estimate. If you do not need the work, we will tell you — which is why people in Kissimmee call us back years later.
