Most Lake Mary homes are 1990s and 2000s two-stories, so a permanent light install here is mostly a ladder and lift job. The power side is usually simple; the height is not.
Parts and installation, one price. Cost follows roofline length, how many stories, and which Govee line you pick. Govee sells one controller per 200 feet, so bigger homes need a second system.
If you could swap the city name out of this page and it would still be accurate, it should not exist. Here is what actually changes here.
A two-story home of about 3,000 square feet runs roughly 220 to 300 feet of roofline. That usually means two Govee controllers and lift work at the upper eaves. Our large or two-story range is $3,800 to $6,200, parts and installation together.
Heathrow, Timacuan and many Lake Mary neighborhoods have HOAs. Check whether exterior lighting needs approval before we install. Year-round warm white is a different conversation with a board than December colors.
On a two-story house the controller usually ends up near a garage or side outlet. It needs to be GFCI-protected and kept out of direct rain. If there is no good outlet, a new one is permitted work and we file with the City of Lake Mary Building Department.
Lake Mary panels often already carry an EV charger. Govee lights draw very little, so they rarely change that picture. If we add a circuit, we still look at what the panel is already doing.
Same ranges we publish everywhere, because the work does not cost more just because of the zip code. You get an exact number at the free estimate.
Jason handles most Lake Mary EV work. You will have a name and a text before anyone is at your door.
"The electrician Keylin was very professional and helpful. Did a great job for my EV charger outlet installation."
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Talking with anyone I mean anyone at this company is like talking with a best friend."
Yes. We install permanent Christmas and Govee roofline lights across Orlando and roughly 30 miles around it, including Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Longwood, Apopka, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. If you are on the edge of that area, call and we will tell you straight away.
Most Orlando homes land between about $1,500 and $6,200 for the lights, parts and installation together, depending on roofline length and how many stories. That is a one-time cost instead of a seasonal installation and takedown bill every year. The pricing table on this page breaks it down by house size.
Yes. We order and install the current Govee permanent outdoor lines, including Permanent Outdoor Lights 2, Pro and Prism. Govee updates its lineup, so we confirm the current models and exact pricing at your estimate and recommend the one that fits your roofline length and the look you want.
It replaces one. Instead of hanging and taking down Christmas lights every year, we install permanent Govee roofline lights once. In December you pick a red and green or white scene on your phone, and the rest of the year you run warm white, game-day colors or party scenes. We are an electrician, so the power is done right as well.
If you pay for seasonal installation, takedown and storage each year, a permanent system stops that bill. How long it takes to pay back depends on what you pay now and your roofline length, so bring last season's invoice to the estimate and we will compare it with our price on your house.
All three are permanent roofline systems. Trimlight and Jellyfish are sold through authorized installers; we install Govee, which we order for you at retail list prices of roughly $350 to $860 per kit. We cannot quote what another installer charges, so get a written quote from each and compare the same roofline length.
Free estimate. If you do not need the work, we will tell you — which is why people in Lake Mary call us back years later.
