Windermere homes are large, often with several gables and a lake side, so a permanent light job here is usually measured and quoted on site rather than taken off a chart.
Parts and installation, one price. Cost follows roofline length, how many stories, and which Govee line you pick. Govee sells one controller per 200 feet, so bigger homes need a second system.
If you could swap the city name out of this page and it would still be accurate, it should not exist. Here is what actually changes here.
Custom homes in Isleworth and Keene's Pointe often have multi-gable rooflines, columns and long back elevations. That is our estate tier, quoted from $6,200, and often means Prism throughout with zoned control.
Many Windermere homes already have landscape lighting on transformers and timers. We plan the Govee schedule so roofline and landscape lights come on together rather than fight each other.
On the Butler Chain the back of the house is the side people see from the water. We measure both elevations and plan controllers so front and back can run different scenes if you want.
On a finished custom home, nobody wants visible cords or a power supply hanging off a wall. We place controllers out of sight, on GFCI-protected power, and route everything tight to the trim.
Same ranges we publish everywhere, because the work does not cost more just because of the zip code. You get an exact number at the free estimate.
Grant and Josh handle Windermere and Dr. Phillips. You will have a name and a text before anyone is at your door.
"After getting the run around from other electricians I came across In Phase. Wish I found them first."
"Unlike some of their competitors, they don't try to up-sell products that aren't strictly necessary."
"Our old panel dated back to 1984 and was overdue for replacement. We worked directly with Keylin, who was outstanding from start to finish."
"…tried to over charge for work that was not even necessary. In Phaze offered an alternative option at a fraction of the cost."
Yes. We install permanent Christmas and Govee roofline lights across Orlando and roughly 30 miles around it, including Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Longwood, Apopka, Windermere, Winter Garden, Kissimmee and St. Cloud. If you are on the edge of that area, call and we will tell you straight away.
Most Orlando homes land between about $1,500 and $6,200 for the lights, parts and installation together, depending on roofline length and how many stories. That is a one-time cost instead of a seasonal installation and takedown bill every year. The pricing table on this page breaks it down by house size.
Yes. We order and install the current Govee permanent outdoor lines, including Permanent Outdoor Lights 2, Pro and Prism. Govee updates its lineup, so we confirm the current models and exact pricing at your estimate and recommend the one that fits your roofline length and the look you want.
It replaces one. Instead of hanging and taking down Christmas lights every year, we install permanent Govee roofline lights once. In December you pick a red and green or white scene on your phone, and the rest of the year you run warm white, game-day colors or party scenes. We are an electrician, so the power is done right as well.
If you pay for seasonal installation, takedown and storage each year, a permanent system stops that bill. How long it takes to pay back depends on what you pay now and your roofline length, so bring last season's invoice to the estimate and we will compare it with our price on your house.
All three are permanent roofline systems. Trimlight and Jellyfish are sold through authorized installers; we install Govee, which we order for you at retail list prices of roughly $350 to $860 per kit. We cannot quote what another installer charges, so get a written quote from each and compare the same roofline length.
Free estimate. If you do not need the work, we will tell you — which is why people in Windermere call us back years later.
